How to order the kits
The kits are produced in limited batches, so it is important that they end up where they will be used safely and effectively.

- 1
Fill out the Google Form
Fill out the form - 2
Answer clarifying questions
We will most likely get back to you with them using the contacts you provided in the form.
- 3
Wait for some time
If there is no stock of ready-made kits, you will receive them with the next batch.
The main criteria for the distribution of kits
- Appropriate medical qualifications of the staff
- Actual experience working with blood
Please note
Using kits for indirect transfusion of whole blood that has never been refrigerated is not the first-line measure of pre-hospital transfusion. It is only a back-up option when tested cold-stored blood from blood banks cannot be obtained, its stocks are exhausted, or other adverse factors and circumstances apply.
Reporting
No documents need to be signed to receive full kits, but a photo report is mandatory. Photos are essential to support the project, so that we can keep producing and supplying kits for the medical services of Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces.
- 1
Receipt report
A photo right after receiving the shipment, showing you with the box and the Nova Poshta sticker on it.
- 2
Placement report
A photo in a working environment: the kits themselves, the staff, the surroundings of the location (stabilization point, medevac vehicle, etc.).
- 3
Usage report
A photo during use on a patient or during training, depending on the type of kits you order.
If necessary, cover faces in the photos in any convenient way.
Terms
- When we work with a requester for the first time, we send no more than three kits until we receive the usage report, and then the rest of the requested justified quantity.
- Training kits (simplified version) are produced in larger quantities with sponsor support, so they are provided upon an official request from a military unit or training center and require signing an acceptance certificate.
- FARMA currently does not supply kits for civilian and/or commercial training programs.
